Senior WMS SCALE Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The SCALE WMS Consultant will take charge of leading the implementation of SCALE WMS.

• Actively engage in the design, configuration, and implementation projects of SCALE WMS.

• Act as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Associates (MA) SCALE WMS.

• Collaborate with the client’s team throughout the software design process to ascertain business requirements, issues, and modifications to existing functionalities.

• Responsible for documenting requirements and creating SOP documents.

• Convert user requirements into functional and technical designs, along with application configuration.

• Document all components of the system (e.g., URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenarios, support documents, etc.) in accordance with internal procedures.

• Coordinate problem-solving efforts with various external vendors for TMS, packing, and conveyor systems.

• Facilitate and support functional and user acceptance testing.

• Troubleshoot operational and technical challenges within SCALE and its integrations.

• Drive operational efficiency through improvements in people, processes, and technology.

• Coordinate with Manhattan Associates' development and support teams as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in Engineering or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Manhattan SCALE implementations.

• A strong grasp of supply chain principles, particularly in warehouse management.

• Comprehensive understanding of inbound, inventory management, and outbound processes within a warehouse setting.

• Proficiency in PL/SQL and a basic understanding of cloud technologies.

• Hands-on experience with SSRS, MHE, new site rollouts, and automation.

• Solid knowledge of implementing and supporting ERP integration with SCALE.

• Ability to provide frontline support to warehouse staff, ranging from training to daily assistance.

• Experience in troubleshooting Manhattan WMS and LMS applications.

• Extensive hands-on experience in supporting Manhattan SCALE WMS in high-volume operations across multiple warehouses and buildings.
