This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Hub Manager to fulfill contractual commitments according to customer needs on a daily basis.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, or part replacements to rectify malfunctions.
• Diagnose intricate mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on variable pitch & variable speed turbines.
• Provide support across all aspects of site operations with minimal supervision, including daily planning and scheduling.
• Execute diagnostic electrical analysis.
• Keep a record of all work completed using computerized service reporting methods.
• Coordinate with and respond to GE’s remote operations center when necessary.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Wind Technician or over 4 years in electrical and leadership roles.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Capability to manage repetitive weights of approximately 50 lbs.
• Climb towers up to 300 feet on a daily basis.
• Proficiency in understanding electrical schematic drawings, technical manuals, procedures, and regulations.
• Willingness to work rotating shift schedules and be on-call as per site requirements.
• Experience in customer service with strong communication skills.
