Senior Website Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.

📋 Description

• Take the lead on Tithely's website design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

• Own the strategy and execution of Tithely's CRO program across the marketing website and signup funnels.

• Create and prioritize a roadmap of experiments utilizing analytics, customer research, heatmaps, and session recordings.

• Design, construct, and analyze A/B tests using VWO.

• Establish success metrics for experiments, assess statistical significance, and document insights.

• Continuously enhance website conversion rates, free trial activations, and transitions from free to paid subscriptions.

• Create responsive landing pages and other web experiences that merge visual appeal with quantifiable business outcomes.

• Develop and sustain scalable design systems in Figma.

• Oversee website conversion performance and communicate progress.

• Implement and verify tracking using Google Analytics 4 and GTM.

• Analyze user behavior to pinpoint optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-performing web experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and optimizing high-performing marketing websites for SaaS or B2B organizations.

• Proven track record of enhancing conversion rates through experimentation, backed by a portfolio showcasing measurable business results.

• Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests using VWO or a similar experimentation platform.

• Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Advanced skills in Figma, including design systems, components, variants, and responsive design.

• Experience in building marketing pages using Webflow or similar CMS platforms.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

• Familiarity with HubSpot forms, landing pages, and marketing integrations.
