Senior Webflow Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create and develop Webflow websites from the ground up (no templates utilized)

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces using Figma

• Produce marketing materials including advertisements, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media graphics

• Establish and oversee scalable UX design systems (including component libraries, tokens, and style guides)

• Guarantee responsive and pixel-perfect designs across all screen sizes

• Implement structured frameworks such as Client-First or Relume naming conventions

• Work in conjunction with account managers to ensure alignment on client objectives and deliverables

• Enhance design outputs for better conversion rates and overall performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Webflow web design (portfolio is mandatory)

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (including design systems, prototyping, and UI/UX workflows)

• Strong skills in Webflow: CMS, animations, responsiveness, and clean structural design

• Demonstrated experience in creating design systems (component libraries or brand frameworks)

• Solid foundation in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy

• Experience in producing digital marketing materials across various platforms

• Excellent proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal)

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

• Advanced skills in Webflow animations

• Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or A/B testing

• Background in Home Services or Healthcare industries
