This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions both online and in-person on VMware technologies.
• Conduct enterprise-level workshops, boot camps, and interactive lab sessions.
• Provide advanced technical demonstrations alongside real-world implementation scenarios.
• Train participants ranging from novice users to senior infrastructure engineers and architects.
• Facilitate training programs aimed at achieving VMware certifications.
• Design and revise technical training materials, presentations, labs, assignments, and assessments.
• Develop real-time lab environments and proof-of-concept scenarios.
• Create certification preparation resources that adhere to VMware standards.
• Continuously improve learning methodologies and technical documentation.
• Assess customer training needs and customize training programs accordingly.
• Assist with pre-sales efforts by delivering technical presentations and solution overviews.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, cloud architects, and solution consultants.
• Mentor junior trainers and technical consultants.
• Build and maintain VMware lab infrastructure to support training activities.
• Troubleshoot virtualization and networking challenges during live sessions.
• Ensure the availability and performance of training environments.
• Over 12 years of hands-on experience in VMware training and enterprise virtualization.
• Extensive expertise in VMware vSphere Administration & Architecture.
• Proficient in Virtualization & Hypervisor Technologies.
• Knowledgeable in Data Center Operations.
• Experience with Storage & Compute Virtualization.
• Familiarity with Networking Concepts & NSX.
• Understanding of High Availability (HA), DRS, FT, vMotion.
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions.
• Experience with Hybrid Cloud Platforms.
• Proficient in Windows & Linux Administration.
• Skilled in PowerCLI scripting and automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong capabilities in live troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience in delivering corporate training on a global scale.
• Familiarity with virtual training platforms and Learning Management System (LMS) tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
