This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Build strong, compliant relationships with a diverse range of healthcare providers (HCPs) across various specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, and community clinics) by understanding their needs and providing accurate, balanced information about Invivyd’s products and solutions.
• Facilitate clinical conversations that motivate the customer to advocate for their patients and engage the entire account to identify any barriers that may exist to deliver suitable solutions.
• Determine shared priorities and leverage knowledge and strategies within the entire account to create a territory business plan that enhances product demand by addressing the needs of key partners and, ultimately, their patients to achieve outstanding results.
• Apply your understanding of the wider healthcare landscape for account selling, including provider offices and health systems, and the decision-making processes within these environments.
• Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating accountability, energy, and drive by owning your results with urgency while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Present engaging product demonstrations and educational discussions to support patient care decisions by utilizing all approved resources in accordance with company training and compliance standards.
• Collaborate as a positive energy multiplier across functions with colleagues in marketing, market access, and other teams to meet customer needs and achieve shared success.
• Operate with a comprehensive mindset to collect and disseminate customer insights, feedback, and inquiries to assist Invivyd in continuously enhancing how we serve providers and patients.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on overall account and territory strategy to optimize internal and external knowledge regarding access to products and services.
• Compile customer, market data, and insights to effectively employ multiple channels to drive comprehensive selling engagements.
• Employ a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts to maximize impact in alignment with the strategic plan.
• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; candidates without a degree but with significant relevant industry experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles is essential.
• Availability to be in the field five days a week, including overnight stays as needed, conducting visits while also completing all administrative duties related to the role.
• Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory, as necessary.
• A proven winning attitude with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to develop relationships and engage in meaningful discussions with healthcare providers.
• Coachable and eager to learn—open to feedback, willing to adapt, and motivated to develop into a high-performing sales professional.
