• Direct Response Creative Production
• Design and implement high-impact video advertisements, polished motion graphics, and static image assets meticulously crafted for Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Apply a sophisticated aesthetic and discerning creative judgment to ensure all assets reflect a premium positioning for consumer brands.
• Uphold visual coherence, sharp typography, and high-production quality throughout every frame.
• Creative Strategy & Ideation
• Generate native-style creative concepts, compelling hooks, angles, and psychological visual triggers specifically designed for target consumer personas.
• Create content that is localized and optimized to resonate with UK and European consumer brands and audiences.
• Stay consistently ahead of TikTok trends, Meta algorithm preferences, and changes in digital consumer behavior.
• Data Analysis & Iteration
• Analyze post-campaign creative data and analytics to provide clear, actionable insights into the performance of specific assets regarding conversions or underperformance.
• Contribute to and execute intricate creative testing frameworks, rapidly iterating on hooks, messaging strategies, visual formats, and CTAs.
• Mitigate ad fatigue by systematically developing multiple variations of successful concepts.
• AI Workflow Optimization
• Integrate advanced generative AI tools into your daily production workflow to enhance ideation, accelerate asset variation, and boost editing efficiency.
• Utilize AI to scale creative output while maintaining the quality, realism, and premium standards of the final brand assets.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, creative strategy, or paid social creative production.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in creating high-converting paid media creatives for eCommerce consumer product brands (particularly in beauty, wellness, health, fashion, or jewellery).
• Expert-level proficiency in traditional editing and motion design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) along with advanced capabilities in using creative AI tools.
• Experience collaborating with UK/European brands, companies, or target consumer demographics.
• Strong comprehension of performance marketing, direct-response strategies, and the ability to analyze retention curves or creative metrics.
• Exceptional attention to detail, commercial awareness, and a keen eye for high aesthetic standards.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting, transforming raw briefs and data into outstanding visual executions without constant supervision.
