This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product vision: Formulate and promote a multi-year product strategy across Bridge’s data, media, and curation sectors — one that stands out, is commercially viable, and is designed for scalability.
• Lead the curation strategy: Steer the product roadmap for Bridge’s curation business from start to finish, harmonizing internal platform capabilities with changing buyer and seller needs to create an irresistible market solution.
• Anticipate market dynamics: Remain proactive concerning structural shifts in the programmatic landscape — such as identity deprecation, SPO, data clean rooms, and AI-driven targeting — and convert these insights into forward-thinking product decisions.
• Craft the narrative: Secure internal support and alignment for the product vision among leadership, while representing Bridge’s product outlook externally through thought leadership, industry engagements, and published points of view.
• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle — from initial discovery to launch and ongoing evolution — in line with company goals and cross-functional priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure products are designed with market buying behavior in mind, incorporating clear packaging, positioning, and go-to-market readiness from the outset.
• Identify and pursue avenues to expand Bridge’s product offerings beyond existing solutions — through organic innovation, partnerships, or adjacent opportunities informed by customer and market insights.
• Establish success metrics for each product surface and ensure accountability for outcomes: revenue growth, adoption, retention, margin, and market differentiation.
• Recruit, nurture, mentor, and hold accountable a team of product managers — fostering a culture of clarity, ownership, and high performance.
• Over 12 years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing product organizations.
• Extensive expertise in AdTech, data products, or digital media — with specific, hands-on experience in curation, supply-side platforms (SSPs), private marketplaces (PMPs), or curated deal environments.
• Direct experience with identity solutions, data clean rooms, or privacy-preserving data collaboration technologies.
• A proven history of building and scaling B2B SaaS or platform products within the data or media ecosystem, from concept to commercial achievement.
• A demonstrated ability to formulate and implement product strategies that drive measurable revenue growth and market differentiation, rather than merely maintaining existing systems.
