Executive Vice President, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement both short- and long-term strategic, commercial, and financial goals for Managed Services, ensuring they align with Miratech’s overarching growth strategy.

• Establish, lead, and expand Managed Services as a distinct business segment, fostering sustainable revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer value.

• Take ownership of business performance, which includes recurring revenue growth, margin enhancement, forecasting, financial planning, operational efficiency, and investment governance.

• Create and execute business plans, operational models, commercial frameworks, and investment priorities in collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and other departments.

• Expand Managed Services by developing repeatable managed service models, standardized processes, automation capabilities, and organized client management practices.

• Define and oversee the entire customer lifecycle, which encompasses commercial conversion, onboarding, service delivery, renewals, expansion, and customer success.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required to align with the objectives of this position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of owning or significantly impacting P&L performance, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, investment decisions, and operational scaling.

• Extensive experience in IT services, managed services, cloud services, consulting, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a comparable business model.

• Experience in developing and scaling commercial offerings, productized services, managed service frameworks, or recurring revenue business models.

• Strong grasp of customer lifecycle management, including enterprise sales, strategic account development, renewals, customer success, and engagement with executive stakeholders.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with a proven capacity to influence senior stakeholders and lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
