This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report to the Senior Vice President of Provider Development and collaborate closely with Firm Development and Shared Services to drive the execution of strategies and achieve business outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Provider Development Executives who are responsible for production within their territories and the expansion of networks.
• Manage and expand a personal portfolio of business to directly influence market performance.
• Oversee market pipeline health, ensuring the accuracy of CRM data, disciplined progression through sales stages, and reliable forecasting from prospecting to contract execution.
• Promote accountability regarding the sales process, activity expectations, and performance standards across the team.
• Collaborate with Provider Account Management to enhance value and retention within existing provider relationships.
• Execute essential leadership responsibilities, including performance management, coaching, recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing expenses while cultivating a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Identify and secure strategic growth opportunities by engaging high-value providers and expanding across various products, partnerships, and markets.
• Lead negotiations of contracts to align with company objectives and maximize long-term value.
• Deliver persuasive presentations that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and solutions alignment.
• Provide continuous market intelligence, including competitive dynamics, pricing trends, and provider sentiment, to inform strategic and product alignment.
• Travel 40–50% within the assigned territory to manage relationships, address issues, ensure contract compliance, and improve customer experience.
• Represent the company at industry events and regional forums to enhance market presence and cultivate strategic relationships.
• Demonstrate and position MoveDocs solutions in a manner that aligns with provider needs and facilitates contract conversions.
• Participate in critical internal operating rhythms (e.g., leadership meetings, forecast calls, cross-functional planning calls, etc.) to align priorities, share insights, and drive coordinated execution.
• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Paralegal studies is advantageous.
• Experience as a paralegal, in legal, provider, account management, and/or outside sales is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship management capabilities, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Proven track record of working independently and consistently meeting or surpassing performance targets.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (50% travel/50% remote office).
