VP, Revenue Cycle Management – Billing & Collection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing Revenue Cycle Management team.

• Enhance revenue optimization, cash collection processes, and operational efficiency.

• Supervise payer strategy, contract negotiations, and reimbursement performance metrics.

• Provide executive supervision for provider credentialing and payer enrollment processes.

• Collaborate across departments to bolster organizational growth and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, technological advancements, and enhanced financial performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Over 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management is essential.

• Extensive experience in payer contracting, provider credentialing, and reimbursement strategies is required.

• Experience in behavioral healthcare is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver quantifiable results.

• Strong understanding of Medicaid and managed care organization (MCO) credentialing, commercial payer network standards, as well as relevant CMS and state regulatory requirements.

• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of achieving and surpassing performance targets.

• A solid aptitude for technology, with a proactive approach to utilizing systems for operational enhancement.

• Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
