This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of and surpass revenue goals for North America, focusing on agency and brand collaborations.
• Lead, cultivate, and expand a high-achieving sales team dedicated to both acquiring new business and enhancing existing accounts.
• Strengthen relationships with executives across agency holding companies, independent agencies, and strategic brand partners.
• Spearhead enterprise sales initiatives for Pixability's range of managed services and technological solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Strategy teams to convert market insights into product innovations and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish and sustain a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities across YouTube, CTV, retail media video, and emerging digital video platforms.
• Represent Pixability at industry events, executive forums, and crucial client meetings.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, coaching, and operational excellence.
• Over 15 years of experience in digital media, advertising technology, or video advertising sales, with a proven track record of surpassing revenue targets.
• More than 7 years of sales leadership experience, focusing on managing and developing enterprise sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of YouTube, Premium Video, CTV, Creator Solutions ad tech, measurement, or similar media technologies.
• Strong executive connections within agency holding companies, video investment teams, programmatic leadership, and key brand decision-makers.
• Experience in selling both SaaS/platform solutions and managed service offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to secure complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise partnerships.
• Profound understanding of the evolving video advertising landscape, including AI-driven optimization, media suitability, creator environments, and outcome-based measurement.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive influencing abilities.
• Analytical mindset, capable of transforming data and insights into persuasive business outcomes.
