This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Attain revenue and gross margin goals focused on growth.
• Lead and nurture the sales team to enhance sales strategies and drive exceptional, profitable sales growth and outcomes.
• Propose, secure agreement, and implement necessary adjustments to align the sales organization with our overarching strategy.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and accounts, proactively identifying trends and issues that may influence the market.
• Provide guidance to the senior management team regarding sales strategies, competitors, and market developments.
• Establish and maintain effective collaborative partnerships with all managers and departments.
• Conduct market analysis to enhance product service positioning and boost the effectiveness of the sales team.
• Keep current on the regulatory landscape impacting Workers’ Compensation.
• Travel overnight within the Regional Territory, which requires four (4) days with direct reports per week; additional travel for regional and national meetings as necessary, with potential trips lasting up to five (5) days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with a proven track record as a Regional Sales Manager.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability required.
• Familiarity with the workers’ compensation industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and effectively executing sales strategies, business plans, forecasts, and budgets, achieving sales results for a non-tangible product.
• Experience in forming and nurturing strong collaborative business partnerships.
• A strong history of relationship selling.
• Exceptional presentation, listening, empathy, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in time and territory management.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, functioning well as both a team player and an individual contributor.
• Capacity to build and maintain high-level strategic alliances with customers and within IWP.
• Willingness to undertake extensive overnight travel, potentially including 4-5 nights each week.
