This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement the intermediary sales strategy to meet mortgage lending, completion, and market share objectives.
• Cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with brokers, networks, clubs, and distribution partners to optimize business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and credit teams to enhance offerings and provide a seamless intermediary experience.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory standards, consumer duty principles, and the Bank's risk and compliance guidelines.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK intermediary mortgage market, with a well-established broker and distribution network.
• Demonstrated success in leading mortgage sales, achieving commercial growth, and building high-performing teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of specialist mortgage products, relevant regulations, and intermediary distribution channels.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence among internal and external partners.
• Commercially savvy, with experience leveraging market insights and performance data to drive business results.
• Proven experience in managing sales budgets, commercial expenditure, and achieving financial objectives.
