Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth of utilization and disposable revenue across designated accounts.

• Achieve and exceed established sales targets at the territory or account level.

• Offer hands-on procedural assistance to guarantee excellent clinical outcomes and a superior customer experience.

• Facilitate training for physicians and staff to enhance proficiency and boost case volume.

• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within current accounts actively.

• Ensure precise forecasting of procedure pipelines and growth prospects.

• Perform structured account evaluations and monitor performance against revenue goals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Capital Sales, Marketing, and Medical Education to aid in program expansion.

• Develop clinical champions who can influence broader hospital stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical, sales support, or healthcare-related role.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in managing and forecasting procedure and disposable pipelines using a CRM.

• Comfortable operating in hospital settings and providing support during live procedures.

• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to successfully pass a driver's record check.
