This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the strategy for the Senior Living segment, including tailored go-to-market strategies for diverse operators and dedicated Senior Living organizations.
• Act as the main executive sponsor and relationship manager for significant Senior Living clients and prospects, dedicating substantial time in the market to enhance industry credibility and build customer trust.
• Represent PointClickCare at high-level industry events, conferences, and customer advisory boards, influencing market perception and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and the broader executive team on yearly planning, resource distribution, and investment priorities for the Senior Living sector.
• Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the Senior Living business unit, including accountability for revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses across all Senior Living market segments.
• Propel new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, net revenue retention, and expansion revenue targets while upholding strict pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy.
• Create and implement investment theses specific to the segment, ensuring resource allocation reflects the unique dynamics of independent living, assisted living, memory care, and continuing care retirement communities.
• Identify and seek inorganic growth opportunities, including partnerships and expansion into adjacent markets, in collaboration with Strategy, Partnerships, and Corporate Development.
• Oversee the complete go-to-market strategy for all Senior Living Products across all segments.
• Hold direct management responsibility for all customer-facing functions within the Senior Living vertical, including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support leadership.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent, creating a high-performance team capable of achieving ambitious growth targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Operate, manage, and lead a cross-functional team of direct reports and matrixed resources to meet jointly established business objectives.
• Set clear performance standards, accountability structures, and career development pathways throughout the customer-facing organization.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and skills to support current and future Senior Living investments, proactively identifying and closing talent gaps.
• Exercise matrixed leadership over Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering resources aligned with the Senior Living vertical, coordinating roadmaps and campaigns to match segment priorities.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the Senior Living customer within the product organization, ensuring that feature prioritization aligns with validated market needs and competitive gaps.
• Collaborate with Marketing to craft Senior Living-specific demand generation strategies, content, and brand positioning that appeal to operator buyers.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, and People & Culture to ensure operational execution aligns with corporate standards and requirements.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or a related SaaS environment, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role with P&L responsibility.
• Extensive knowledge of the Senior Living market, covering operator economics, care delivery models, regulatory frameworks, and the technology landscape serving the sector.
• Proven success in leading and scaling customer-facing organizations (Sales, Customer Success, Services) within a high-growth B2B software company.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, influencing outcomes across product, engineering, and marketing without direct authority.
• History of building and maintaining executive-level customer relationships, with the credibility to engage with C-suite leaders at major Senior Living operators as a peer.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing a multi-million dollar P&L, with a solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and operational KPIs.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to connect with customers, prospects, and team members across key markets.
