• Guide the strategic direction of our entertainment division, ensuring exceptional service delivery, meeting financial objectives, and cultivating robust client relationships.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with senior-level clients, offering strategic advice and positioning the agency as a reliable communications partner.

• Discover and secure new business opportunities within the entertainment sector, driving substantial growth and enhancing our market presence.

• Act as a representative for Interdependence PR within the entertainment industry by attending industry events, networking, and establishing valuable partnerships.

• Mentor and nurture a talented PR team, promoting a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.

• Remain informed about industry trends, significant issues, and innovations to effectively counsel clients and anticipate their needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of public relations experience, with considerable expertise in the entertainment industry.

• Proven success in managing high-profile public relations campaigns for entertainment brands and clients.

• A vast network and well-established relationships within media, talent agencies, studios, streaming services, and industry influencers.

• A demonstrated history of securing new business, retaining clients, and driving revenue growth.

• Strong strategic planning abilities with experience in managing complex crisis situations.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of advising and influencing senior-level stakeholders.

• Experience in leading and inspiring successful, high-performing teams.

• A bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are preferred.
