This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take a pivotal role in the fiber-optic deployment at OXG.
• Guarantee dependable, high-quality, and cost-efficient operations by construction and rollout partners.
• Consistently evaluate the quality and delivery performance of partners and suppliers.
• Create and execute strategies for ongoing process and productivity enhancement.
• Systematically monitor quality discrepancies, determine root causes, and execute action plans punctually.
• Identify and implement optimization possibilities throughout the process chain—from planning and construction (NE3) to on-site execution (NE4) and documentation.
• Design AI-driven monitoring and reporting methods for partner performance, early risk detection, forecasting, and quality control.
• Evaluate construction partners and subcontractors at risk of bankruptcy, and manage restructuring and transition scenarios.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including Deployment, Project Management, Procurement, Legal, and construction partners.
• Disseminate knowledge, pinpoint best practices, and enact them throughout the organization.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in supplier or vendor management.
• Preferably, experience in the telecommunications sector or fiber-optic networks.
• Established and dependable supplier network encompassing NE3 and NE4.
• Hands-on experience with construction companies at risk of insolvency and their subcontractors.
• Proficient in risk analysis, contract and performance modifications, and exit and replacement strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational capabilities.
• Structured, results-oriented, and decision-focused work approach.
• Solid understanding of FTTH rollout, including both passive and active network components.
• Responsible, proactive, service-minded, independent, and curious working style.
• Proficient in German at C2 level.
• Proficient in English at B1 level.
• Class B driving license.
