Senior Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate all facets of clinical trials, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to design and enforce clinical trial protocols and processes.

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Ensure that all trials are executed in accordance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Analyze issues and make pivotal decisions pertaining to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Review protocol sections related to vendors during the protocol formulation phase.

• Assist in the creation of amendments to vendor contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in medicine, science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Proven track record of managing the clinical deliverables of a study effectively.

• Over 3 years of professional experience with comprehensive knowledge of clinical operation processes and vendor management.

• Experience with user acceptance testing for eCOA and IRT systems.

• Proficient in vendor management, including outsourcing, contracting, and sourcing of clinical services.
