Senior UX/UI Designer – Figma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Become a member of a cross-functional product team, jointly owning the discovery process alongside Product Managers and Product Owners to gain a deep understanding of customer challenges and business objectives.

• Your responsibilities will cover the entire design lifecycle, from research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, utilizing established design systems to streamline complex user journeys.

• Close collaboration with developers and clients is a key aspect of this role, necessitating the clear communication of design rationale to a diverse range of stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written), essential for daily interactions with international stakeholders and clients.

• Senior-level experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a verified record of success in customer-facing mobile applications.

• A strong and confident communicator capable of conveying design thinking and insights throughout the organization.

• A collaborative team player who actively seeks and provides constructive feedback.

• Highly skilled in Figma, demonstrating strong file management, naming conventions, versioning, and component usage.

• A solid foundation in UI, interaction, and visual design, with practical experience in usability testing and journey mapping.

• Familiarity with native iOS and Android design patterns.
