Senior UX/UI Designer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) to develop user-centered designs that align with business objectives and user requirements.

• Create intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a smooth user experience.

• Perform user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to guide design decisions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively convey design concepts.

• Refine designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders within an agile framework.

• Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines while keeping abreast of design trends and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and functionality of designs.

• Stay informed about the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, accompanied by a robust portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design projects.

• Strong emphasis on UI design.

• Extensive proficiency in Figma, including all its features and functionalities.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Ability to thrive in an agile environment, iterating designs based on feedback and fresh insights.

• Excellent communication skills with a professional level of English (both written and verbal).

• Creative thinker equipped with a problem-solving attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sense.

• Strong capability to adapt to AI technologies.

• Preferred experience with AI, 3D, AR, VR, Figjam, and Miro design tools.

• Experience in branding.

• Background in the financial and healthcare sectors.
