Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive design projects from initial strategy and research through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Create and present design insights and solutions that improve product usability and enhance brand experience.

• Collaborate with various teams—including product management, engineering, and marketing—to co-create design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design goals.

• Generate high-quality UX/UI outputs (wireframes, prototypes, visual designs) that fulfill strategic objectives with minimal oversight.

• Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and market trend evaluations to guide design choices.

• Mentor and support junior designers, offering advice on best practices and design standards.

• Uphold brand and accessibility guidelines, ensuring uniformity across all digital interfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years of experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with four years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries.

• OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND ten (10) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated sectors.

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

• Strong grasp of design systems, accessibility standards, and principles of responsive design.
