Design Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the quality and uniformity of design deliverables

• Develop brand systems that are effectively utilized

• Design modular templates and establish briefing standards for designers

• Implement structure for AI usage to ensure on-brand outcomes

• Establish metrics for on-brand quality and monitor quality indicators

• Continuously enhance team processes and tool utilization

• Offer regular feedback and guidance to designers

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional design experience

• A strong portfolio showcasing digital work

• Proven experience in creating systems (templates, brand guidelines, component libraries)

• Background in mentoring or providing support to fellow designers

• Practical experience with AI creative tools
