This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Innovate and create product solutions that harmonize visionary concepts, craftsmanship, efficiency, and business viability.

• Carefully develop new product features — ranging from initial concepts and user experiences to refined, pixel-perfect designs.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, partnering with engineers to transform concepts into deployed solutions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers to gain insights into customer and user needs, utilizing this information and intuition to define design tasks aligned with the product roadmap.

• Act as a mentor to junior designers, offering guidance and constructive feedback to foster their professional development.

• Create and maintain local, product-specific design systems, establishing core components, patterns, and guidelines that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability as our products and teams expand.

• Enhance product design operations, ensuring that processes are effective, collaborative, and in alignment with team and product goals.

• Analyze customer needs, advocating for user experiences that successfully address their challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of product design experience, capable of managing projects independently from start to finish.

• Degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience working closely with engineering-focused projects.

• Proficient in designing and building exceptional products using Figma.

• Experience with enterprise-level business-to-business products in a product-led SaaS environment.

• Ability to develop, scale, and promote design systems within organizations, with a proven track record of creating concise implementation documentation.

• Skill in clarifying ambiguous concepts, utilizing intuition and experience.

• Capacity to balance design excellence with business impact, weighing practicality and speed without getting bogged down in unnecessary complexity or overly abstract solutions.

• Strong communication skills to articulate opinions and encourage diverse perspectives, including actively listening to feedback and collaborating with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with large language models and prompt-to-design tools such as Figma Make.

• A passion for AI-enabled workflows.

• Knowledge of coding and a keen interest in engineering and technical systems.
