Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive UX and UI design projects from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Perform user research, engage in stakeholder interviews, analyze workflows, and carry out usability assessments.

• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user experiences.

• Convert intricate business requirements and workflows into seamless product experiences.

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and collaborative design discussions effectively.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

• Champion accessibility, usability, and user-centered design best practices.

• Share design recommendations and strategic UX insights with internal teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Product Design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, workflow systems, or technology solutions.

• Excellent English communication skills (C1+ minimum).

• Proven experience in conducting user research, leading discovery sessions, engaging in stakeholder interviews, and performing usability testing.

• Deep expertise in user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

• Advanced skills with Figma, FigJam, and contemporary product design tools.

• Experience collaborating closely with software engineers and cross-functional product teams.

• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and propel projects forward.
