This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Oversee comprehensive user research from discovery to validation, including interviews, field studies, usability testing, surveys, and concept validation.
• Lead strategic research initiatives that impact product direction and long-term roadmap planning.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and senior stakeholders to validate assumptions and shape projects from the outset.
• Work concurrently across multiple teams, ensuring research scales across various initiatives.
• Utilize robust qualitative and quantitative research methods, integrating interviews with product usage data (e.g., Pendo).
• Manage and enhance participant recruitment, panel management, and Research Operations workflows.
• Organize research insights and repositories using tools such as Dovetail, Typeform, and Pendo.
• Convert complex findings into clear, actionable insights that guide executive decision-making.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior UX Researcher in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to independently conduct end-to-end research (both generative and evaluative).
• Experience in leading strategic research projects that have shaped product direction.
• Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience in researching intricate, data-intensive platforms (preferably within cybersecurity, IT operations, compliance, risk, or asset management sectors).
• Practical experience with participant recruitment, panel management, and Research Operations processes.
• Proficient with research and analytics tools (Dovetail, Typeform, Pendo, or similar).
• Comfortable interacting with technical users such as IT administrators, security teams, engineers, and SOC analysts.
