Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Transform requirements into clear, user-focused designs for both web and mobile platforms.

• Create prototypes and refine concepts to enhance usability and interaction pathways.

• Perform and consolidate research to substantiate design choices.

• Contribute to and uphold design system components to ensure uniformity.

• Investigate various solutions and champion best practices in UX and UI.

• Work closely with developers and product managers to guarantee smooth delivery.

• Utilize contemporary design tools and methodologies, including AI-enhanced workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design solutions and interaction patterns.

• Proficiency in Figma and acquaintance with design systems and responsive design.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability principles.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• A growth-oriented mindset with the capacity to balance user needs and business objectives.
