This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Create innovative experiences across various sites and platforms within the Vista product ecosystem.

• Deliver high-quality, user-focused work that has a measurable impact on millions of customers worldwide.

• Collaborate with skilled leaders, designers, PMs, and engineers to directly influence the future design and functionality of Vista.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Senior UX Designer in a digital design setting (either agency or in-house) for a tech, retail, or consumer brand.

• Demonstrated ability to create large-scale, high-quality digital experiences as shown in your portfolio.

• Proficient in all facets of design within a digital, product, or user-centric environment.

• Capable of balancing quality standards with MVP testing methodologies.

• Experience in producing data-informed and measurable effective UX by utilizing customer insights, A/B testing, and personalization techniques.

• Skilled in establishing strong cross-functional relationships with design, creative, technical, and business teams.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Participation in Employee Resource Groups such as Pride, Mosaic, and Women in Technology.

• Access to special interest communities aimed at promoting awareness, respect, and inclusion within the workplace.
