Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product challenges from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Define business and user challenges prior to suggesting solutions.

• Generate ideas utilizing AI and interactive prototypes before refining designs in Figma.

• Foster collaboration with Product and Engineering teams early in the design process.

• Transform intricate workflows into seamless user experiences.

• Assess success through user outcomes, product adoption rates, and overall business impact.

• Contribute to and enhance our design system.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Product/UX Design.

• Proven experience in designing sophisticated B2B or enterprise SaaS products.

• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and quantifiable product results.

• Proficiency in Figma and contemporary AI-assisted design methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
