Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the UX process from research to concept development, prototyping, user testing, and iterations.

• Create straightforward experiences for intricate data sets.

• Establish and enhance workflows for:

• Match and tournament pages

• Player and team profiles

• News and content exploration

• Onboarding and gamification

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, data teams, and front-end engineers (Next.js / React).

• Perform UX research, conduct interviews, and carry out usability testing.

• Convert insights into actionable product decisions.

• Act as a user advocate while balancing speed, scope, and product priorities.

• Introduce innovative ideas — creativity is encouraged.

• Over 5 years of experience in UX design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing UX thinking and methodologies.

• Exceptional skills in information architecture — you clarify complex interfaces.

• Experience in designing web applications with substantial data contexts.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Experience in conducting research and usability testing.

• Familiarity with design systems.

• A collaborative approach — you thrive in cross-functional team environments.

• Fluent in English.
