Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design process for features and workflows across Docrio and Matters & Intakes.

• Regularly engage with Product Management and Engineering teams.

• Conduct customer research involving attorneys and paralegals.

• Create designs that reflect the realities of legal work.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure that designs are both feasible and high-performing.

• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.

• Represent Litify during customer design reviews, research sessions, and demonstrations.

• Work together with other designers on the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design or UX design.

• A portfolio showcasing data-rich, multi-step workflows.

• Experience in designing for legal technology, document management, document generation, case management, CRM, or other regulated industries.

• Familiarity with design processes on or alongside Salesforce.

• Comfortable planning and conducting customer research independently.

• Proficient in Figma with a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.

• Capable of working across multiple products effectively.

• Comfortable designing in areas where patterns are still being developed.

• A clear and direct communicator who can guide executives, engineers, and customers through design choices.

• Able to give and receive constructive feedback with ease.
