📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete channel partner experience.

• Perform research and analyze behavioral data to guide design choices and facilitate rapid iterations.

• Develop information architecture, user flows, and interactive prototypes that illustrate the simplification of complex processes.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and UX designers.

• Contribute to and enhance our Figma component library.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in UX or Product Design (experience in B2B or enterprise settings is a plus).

• Strong grasp of UX Laws, Usability Heuristics, and Design Principles.

• Proficient in visual design with a portfolio showcasing shipped work and tangible impact.

• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards.

• Competent in using Figma, Jira, Mural, and Microsoft 365.

• Excellent communicator capable of articulating design decisions in a clear and concise manner.
