Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

• **WHAT YOU’LL DO**

• As a Senior UX Designer, your responsibilities will be divided into two main areas:

• **\t•\tUser Research** — You will take charge of understanding user needs by conducting usability tests, diary studies, or any other research method you find suitable. It's essential to ensure that user research significantly impacts the overall project.

• You should have experience with 1:1 in-depth interviews, user testing, and a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and analysis.

• **\t•\tUX Design** — You will outline user flows and develop messaging strategies across various channels to achieve substantial results for our clients.

• Collaborating with clients, you will co-create strategies, content, and designs, and you will be responsible for effectively communicating the outputs to the rest of the project team.

• **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM**

• **Strong research experience** — You will have hands-on experience in 1:1 in-depth interviews, user testing, and employing mixed methodologies for conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.

• **Excellent communication skills** — You must be capable of expressing complex ideas and concepts in a clear and straightforward way.

• **Ability to build relationships** — You recognize the value of establishing strong, trusting relationships with our clients, as this is a key aspect of their engagement.

• **Efficiency** — Effective solutions are meaningless if they are not delivered punctually. You must ensure that tasks are completed well and on schedule.

• **Prototyping skills** — You appreciate the importance of a user-centered approach and are adept at testing content and messaging like any other interaction.

• **Technology know-how** — Although this is not a technical role, you should feel comfortable discussing web and mobile technologies with our clients and development teams.

• **BONUS POINTS**

• You possess over five years of experience working with UX teams that have successfully delivered projects, whether in-house or in an agency setting.

• You have produced meaningful, tangible results for businesses and organizations of varying sizes.

• You have substantial experience in setting up UX projects.

• You’ve designed, organized, and facilitated successful client workshops.

• You are already eligible to live and work in the EU.
