Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to create seamless experiences.

• Develop comprehensive product experiences across both web and mobile platforms, from initial discovery to high-fidelity execution.

• Simplify complex fintech and regulatory requirements into intuitive user journeys.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to harmonize customer needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Lead and participate in design workshops from the early stages of ideation to alignment and iterative refinement.

• Leverage research and data to validate concepts, challenge assumptions, and enhance the user experience continuously.

• Create clear and persuasive narratives to guide stakeholders through the process and influence decision-making.

• Contribute to and enhance design systems to maintain consistency across various products.

• Confidently present your work, articulate your thought process, and integrate feedback while preserving the integrity of the solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience throughout the entire product design lifecycle, from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery.

• Demonstrated success in cross-functional product teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving impactful outcomes.

• Strong skills in UX and interaction design, with a knack for simplifying intricate systems (preferably in fintech or similarly regulated fields).

• Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and engaging diverse groups throughout the journey.

• A robust toolkit encompassing service design, UX methodologies, and research practices.

• High proficiency in Figma and FigJam, including the ability to design at scale within existing design systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of responsive design, mobile platforms (iOS & Android), and contemporary UX patterns.

• Experience in contributing to or maintaining design systems and adhering to established guidelines.
