Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture to establish an experience strategy across major platform areas, influencing not only what we create but also how intelligent, AI-driven features are presented and experienced.

• Lead the identification of problems and development of user insights for intricate supply chain workflows, utilizing a combination of user research, data analysis, and AI-assisted discovery methods to reveal significant opportunities.

• Convert uncertainty into precise experience guidance using the appropriate level of detail—from quick concepts to information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, design specifications, and refined high-fidelity UI designs.

• Develop AI-focused user experiences that utilize recommendation systems, intelligent automation, conversational interfaces, predictive intelligence, decision-support workflows, and agentic interaction models.

• Implement AI-assisted workflows throughout the UX process—including research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content creation, design exploration, usability assessment, and documentation acceleration.

• Promote ongoing validation and learning, merging qualitative and quantitative approaches to assess experience effectiveness and inform product strategies.

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure superior implementation—iterating in real-time, influencing trade-offs, and guaranteeing experiences meet high standards of usefulness, usability, and refinement.

• Serve as a strong UX advocate in cross-functional decision-making, championing user and business outcomes while assisting teams in navigating complexity and uncertainty.

• Develop and scale design systems and interaction patterns that foster consistency while promoting innovation, especially for AI-driven and data-rich experiences.

• Foster a culture of design excellence and innovation, elevating standards for craftsmanship, systems thinking, and the role of UX in an AI-focused product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise applications, with a proven history of transforming challenging workflows into intuitive, impactful experiences.

• Expertise in designing adaptive AI-enhanced experiences that integrate intelligent guidance, automation, conversational workflows, and decision-support functionalities while maintaining usability, explainability, user agency, and operational trust.

• Proven experience leading UX for significant product areas or initiatives, influencing direction across product, engineering, and design teams.

• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking—from problem identification and user insights to delivered outcomes.

• Strong systems thinking capabilities, with the ability to comprehend and design within complex technical environments (e.g., integrations, data platforms, supply chain systems).

• Skillful at navigating ambiguity and establishing clear experience direction, converting loosely defined challenges into actionable design strategies.

• Experience in integrating user research and product data into decision-making, combining qualitative and quantitative insights to achieve results.

• Extensive collaboration with engineering teams, influencing trade-offs and ensuring high-quality implementations in iterative settings.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, capable of articulating rationale and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

• High standards for craftsmanship and detail, delivering polished, cohesive experiences that balance usefulness, usability, and visual appeal.
