• Skill in defining suitable research activities to align with strategic goals and deliver products and services.

• Innovative and engaging in presenting research findings to diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with the technologies used to develop and manage digital services, including innovative and emerging technologies.

• Experience adhering to GDS standards across various stages of the delivery lifecycle.

• Knowledge or experience in the public sector, particularly regarding GDS standards.

• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.

• Background in conducting research within a policy context.

• Comprehension and experience with the GDS Process.
