Lead UX Researcher – Digital Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product leaders to create and implement a UX research and testing strategy.

• Recognize, design, and prioritize opportunities for research and testing across various modalities.

• Oversee and work alongside a specialized third-party research firm for study design, recruitment, and execution.

• Create unbranded prototypes and simulated experiences to test new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in conducting UX research within product or digital environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.

• Extensive knowledge of UX research methods, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative approaches.

• Capacity to establish and implement frameworks for measuring customer experience.
