Senior User Experience (UX) Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Execute UX research activities such as interviews, workshops, usability testing, and field studies.

• Assess user requirements and convert insights into user-focused solutions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and navigation workflows utilizing Figma.

• Maintain consistency in the user experience by employing and advancing Design Systems.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business, product, and development.

• Engage in defining and enhancing the user experience within transactional portals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX), encompassing the entire user-centered design lifecycle.

• Demonstrated expertise in user research, interviews, and usability testing.

• In-depth knowledge of the use and administration of Design Systems.

• Experience with projects involving transactional portals.

• Proficient in using Figma.

• Fluent in Portuguese (both spoken and written).

• Residing in Portugal.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proactive, self-sufficient, and adept at problem-solving.

• High level of empathy with a strong focus on user needs.
