Senior User Experience Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Leading qualitative research initiatives, including in-depth interviews, usability assessments, and contextual inquiries.

• Designing and analyzing surveys, as well as conducting A/B testing.

• Creating and maintaining dashboards to interpret behavioral analytics.

• Analyzing user feedback and data insights.

• Collaborating with designers and project managers to define research questions.

• Streamlining workflows for model deployment, inference, and AI-assisted tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in UX research, data analytics, or related disciplines.

• Proficiency in qualitative research techniques such as moderated interviews and concept testing.

• Familiarity with quantitative methodologies, including survey design and statistical analysis.

• An interest in or experience with AI/ML workflows.

• Expertise in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
