This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure and provide support for UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Accruals, Activities, Data Hub, Time Clocks, and associated functionalities across the U.S. enterprise workforce.
• Facilitate operational excellence and the ongoing delivery of enhancements to UKG products.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management teams.
• Work in partnership with configuration leads in a matrixed organization, HR teams, business partners, IBT teams, and HCM stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and uphold enterprise systems, policies, and procedures.
• Drive transformative digital HR initiatives, including activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Investigate, design, present, and execute configurations and alternative solutions involving UKG and HR technology.
• Recognize conflicting business practices and integration challenges.
• Oversee system modifications and new functionalities, understanding how customers adopt solutions.
• Configure, test, troubleshoot, and launch enhancements, rule modifications, and updates to the UKG system.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in HR technology; alternatives include a master's degree with 2 years, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year, or 8 years of relevant experience.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in supporting and administering UKG Workforce Management (WFM), UKG Pro, or UKG Dimensions.
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and maintaining timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, accruals, pay rules, and workforce management modules within UKG.
• Strong functional knowledge of time collection, labor tracking, overtime calculations, shift differentials, and payroll integration processes.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into UKG configurations, workflows, and process enhancements.
• Proficiency in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying system enhancements, rule changes, and updates across UKG environments.
• Experience in supporting timekeeping compliance requirements, including overtime regulations, meal and break rules, and state-specific labor laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation, and critical thinking abilities.
• Capacity to cultivate relationships and engage with senior management.
• Ability to make decisions with consideration for long-term consequences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must currently possess authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
