⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within DeFi, trading, or fintech applications.

• Strong focus on user research and a data-driven design methodology – including wireframing, A/B testing, and making iterations based on analytics.

• Proficient in managing all aspects of Figma - including UI Kits, prototyping, developer handoff, and component libraries.

• Experience in brand identity and aesthetics – crafting visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX that resonates with Odos’ cutting-edge reputation.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams – working seamlessly with Dev Mode, front-end engineers, and cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling design systems across various products and platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas confidently and clearly.

• A self-starter who actively seeks opportunities to contribute to the team and can work independently on deliverables.
