This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete experience for designated AI products, encompassing user requirements and UX design to UI implementation, launch, stabilization, support transition, adoption, and measurable results.
• Spearhead user-focused discovery to identify user requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, accessibility considerations, adoption pathways, ownership, and measurable results.
• Convert research, journeys, workflows, rules, handoffs, exceptions, and data dependencies into UX designs, interaction patterns, prototypes, and actionable UI specifications.
• Manage responsive UI frontend architecture that encompasses human-AI interactions, design systems, components, state management, secure sessions, accessibility, browser performance, API integration, and telemetry.
• Direct modern UI delivery utilizing JavaScript or TypeScript alongside React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Design and create human-AI experiences that incorporate model services, LLMs, RAG, search functionalities, agents, BI, and deterministic automation.
• Establish testing protocols and contribute to CI/CD processes, staged releases, telemetry, rollback strategies, incident response, performance optimization, runbooks, and support ownership.
• Oversee governance and GxP controls, develop reusable UI components and playbooks, lead root-cause analysis, assess adoption and experience quality, mentor engineers, and enhance frontend delivery practices.
• Collaborate with product, backend, data, and ML teams to translate designs into production interfaces seamlessly integrated with APIs, services, data, and AI capabilities.
• Doctorate degree with 1 year of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; or a Master’s degree with 8–10 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years of experience; or a Diploma with 12–14 years of experience.
• Complete ownership of UX design and UI delivery for at least one production web application, digital product, or significant user-interface workstream with measurable results.
• Strong practical expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in converting UX designs into responsive, accessible interfaces using React, Next.js, or a similar component-based framework.
• Full-stack experience involving APIs, integrations, data flows, and production support.
• Proven experience collaborating with backend, data, and ML experts on service, model, RAG, agent, and MLOps decisions.
• Familiarity with user research, journey mapping, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience in data visualization, advanced accessibility, and secure AI review or approval processes.
• Knowledge of API gateways, REST or GraphQL APIs, event platforms, durable workflows, stream processing, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience with vector or graph databases, retrieval, model and agent gateways, tool integration, durable agents, agent evaluation, process mining, UiPath, or n8n.
• Proficiency with AWS, Bedrock or SageMaker, Databricks, Spark, Kubernetes, serverless services, infrastructure as code, OpenTelemetry, policy as code, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience in delivering GxP-relevant, validated, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other high-impact systems.
• Product-oriented mindset that connects user research, UX design, accessibility, and frontend decisions to quantifiable value.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring capabilities, and hands-on ownership.
• Excellent analytical judgment, troubleshooting skills, and communication of evidence, limitations, and trade-offs.
• Cross-functional leadership experience with product, business, UX, architecture, backend, ML, platform, and control functions.
