Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create user-focused and visually compelling interfaces for Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design.

• Simplify complex processes into user-friendly, intuitive designs.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify project needs and provide innovative solutions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively convey concepts.

• Utilize AI tools to optimize workflows and boost efficiency.

• Ensure that designs adhere to web accessibility standards, responsiveness, and best practices for user experience.

• Play a key role in the development and maintenance of scalable design systems.

• Clearly present and communicate design concepts to internal teams and clients with confidence.

• Conduct UX/UI audits to assess accessibility, responsiveness, and user pathways, offering actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a robust portfolio demonstrating work across various service areas.

• Expertise in Figma, including the active use of AI-driven plugins and the latest automation features available in the platform.

• Proven ability to incorporate AI tools into design processes, covering research, brainstorming, layout creation, content organization, and quality assurance.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to create development-friendly designs.

• Established experience in creating and sustaining design systems at scale.

• Strong capability in designing conversion-focused landing pages and funnel-specific emails.

• Proficient in designing product experiences for dashboards, web applications, and mobile apps, emphasizing atomic design principles.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design choices to stakeholders and clients.

• Experience in performing UX/UI audits with an emphasis on accessibility, performance, and user journeys.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify.
