Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the effects on user journeys;

• Oversee user experience design efforts, encompassing research, prototyping, and usability testing;

• Develop and refine interface prototypes aligned with the design system and user flows;

• Chart user journeys and pinpoint opportunities to enhance service experiences;

• Implement principles of information architecture, usability, and user-centric design;

• Collaborate with business, technology, and architecture teams to establish digital solutions;

• Assist in the advancement and consistent application of the organization's design system;

• Aid in the prioritization and ongoing development of user experience initiatives;

• Align and verify solution proposals with stakeholders;

• Estimate the resources needed for user experience-related tasks;

• Ensure the ongoing enhancement of UX frameworks and processes;

• Examine the effects of technological changes on user experience and suggest improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or technical degree in Design, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related IT disciplines;

• Practical experience in UX design, including research, prototyping, and usability testing;

• Background in journey mapping and information architecture;

• Familiarity with design systems and interface patterns;

• Experience in leading UX workshops or discovery sessions;

• Ability to analyze usage data and experience metrics;

• Strong interpersonal skills: communication, negotiation, creativity, collaboration, proactivity, dynamism, and adaptability;

• Proactive nature, including involvement in diversity, inclusion, and research/extension initiatives (labs);

• Hands-on knowledge of:

• Figma;

• Design Thinking, Design Sprint, and Service Blueprint;

• Google Analytics;

• Collaborative tools (e.g., Mural);

• UX Research and UX Writing;

• Data-driven Design;

• Conducting user journey mapping and related workshops.
