Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Produce exceptional work that delights our users, aligns with company goals, and strengthens our brand identity.

• Seamlessly collaborate with Design, Product, and Development teams located around the globe.

• Guide junior-level UX designers and partner with leadership to refine our processes, tools, and systems to ensure we deliver outstanding and consistent outcomes.

• Develop documentation and usage guidelines for components within the system.

• Keep abreast of the latest design principles and trends, translating these insights into outstanding work.

• Independently oversee medium to large-scale projects.

• Embrace feedback and articulate your reasoning behind any chosen design decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in UX product design, particularly with native applications and web platforms.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

• Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Comprehensive understanding of the differences in creating experiences for Android and iOS, and staying current with the latest developments in each platform's design languages.

• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

• Bonus (but not mandatory): Skills in Illustration, Brand Identity Design, Motion Design, and UX Copy Strategy.
