Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide a comprehensive user experience for digital products and marketing websites.

• Engage in conceptual and iterative work under the guidance of Design Directors.

• Deliver exceptional design solutions for a diverse range of clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have over 5 years of experience in digital design within an agency environment;

• You excel at addressing complex UX challenges and have the strategic vision to produce top-tier visual design solutions;

• You possess outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities;

• Your portfolio showcases a strong grasp of user experience, visual design, and branding for digital products;

• You can identify opportunities and define experience requirements by understanding unique business nuances, market prospects, and user needs;

• You have a track record of developing innovative design concepts for digital products and marketing websites;

• You are skilled in designing wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes to illustrate the complete experience based on established user flows;

• You are equipped to mentor junior designers, leveraging your experience;

• You can work alongside front-end developers to oversee design implementation and guarantee the quality of the final product;

• You have strong written English skills, and fluency in spoken English is an advantage;

• Your timezone aligns within a 2-hour range of CET.
