Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Direct the creation of user-friendly, intuitive web and mobile applications that align with both business objectives and user needs.

• Develop wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes to effectively convey design concepts and functionalities.

• Work collaboratively with IT development teams to convert designs into high-quality, functional digital products.

• Interpret intricate business requirements into straightforward and usable software design solutions.

• Offer insights on best practices, enhancements to user flow, and current UI/UX trends to improve product usability and the overall user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software product and user experience design is necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience with design software, including Figma and other relevant tools, is required.

• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration to deliver effective solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are required.

• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
