Senior UA Manager, Web + App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Initiate, oversee, and expand Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for two comparable dating products.

• Take ownership of campaign outcomes: assess key metrics, optimize budgets, enhance ROI/CPA/CPI, and scale traffic while maintaining efficiency.

• Formulate and test new growth hypotheses: target audiences, geographical locations, ad placements, formats, landing pages, app/web flows, and creative strategies.

• Collaborate closely with the creative team: conduct competitor research, generate creative hypotheses, prepare comprehensive briefs, and assess creative performance.

• Establish structured reporting and enhance campaign management processes, including automation via rules, tools, and other scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads, preferably within dating, gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or other high-volume B2C sectors.

• Demonstrated experience managing substantial monthly budgets: at least $100k/month, ideally with scalability up to $400k–$500k/month.

• Extensive experience with both app and web acquisition funnels; web experience is particularly crucial.

• Strong analytical capabilities: proficient in working with data, reports, Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, internal analytics/CRM tools, and articulating decisions through numerical analysis.

• Fluency in Russian; sufficient English reading/writing skills for effective use of tools and documentation.
