Senior UA Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Launch and optimize Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.

• Conduct reporting and analysis on advertising campaigns.

• Analyze projects and audience metrics using AppsFlyer, internal BI, and other analytical tools.

• Scale channels while targeting LTV/CPA levels, enhancing CPA and other key performance indicators.

• Experiment with new creative concepts, targeting methods, and ad formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of successful user acquisition experience for mobile applications, specifically with Facebook (Meta) and TikTok Ads (mandatory). Experience with Twitter, Google Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, and DSPs is optional.

• Strong understanding of how advertising platforms operate, including knowledge of unit economics and the impact of sales funnel metrics on profitability.

• Familiarity with install tracking and working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, and the ability to explain the workings of SKAdNetwork.

• Proficient in Russian and possess a minimum B1 level in English.
