Senior Trial Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Plan and oversee all elements of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical trial protocols and processes.

• Establish and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Ensure all trials comply with local, national, and international regulations, as well as ethical guidelines.

• Address challenges and make critical decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Review vendor-related sections of protocols during the protocol development phase.

• Assist in the formulation of vendor contract modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, science, or a related field, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.

• Proven capability to drive clinical deliverables for a study.

• Over 3 years of professional experience with a strong understanding of clinical operation processes and vendor management.

• Experience in user acceptance testing for electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) and Interactive Response Technology (IRT).

• Proficient in vendor management, including outsourcing, contracting, and sourcing of clinical services.
